Hello Fellow Allies,

Have you been looking for a way to get involved with making a difference in our community? The Organizers of GARD (Gorham’s Anti- Racism Development), would like to inform you that  now is your chance to become a GARD Advisory Board member!  As GARD continues to develop and plan more community events, one of our goals is to create an Advisory Board. We hope to create a diverse board representing students and adults (16 years +). GARD is seeking community members with any experience or interests in;

  3. Action group Volunteer Manager- sends out registration forms for action groups seasonally. Manages volunteer participants per community event.

  4. Network Coordinator- contacts and connects with possible local businesses and collaborators for events or activities.

We believe that by bringing in community members we will have a stronger representation of what the Gorham Community wants. The time commitment includes 1-2 hours a month for Advisory Board meetings and any time accumulated in events or event planning.  If you are interested please contact Tatiana Jonk at (In the email include: name, position interested in, and resume).  Thank you and we look forward to hearing from you!
